| As scheduled, the next, and final, wing of Icecrown Citadel has been released for challengers. Valithria Dreamwalker, Sindragosa, and The Lich King have had their scripts tweaked, to ensure fair, entertaining and challenging battles. Server Hardware & Faction Balance

| The recent server migration was over so quick that we didn't even get to write any public news about it yet. The actual switch went pretty smooth without any major downtime involved and both machines are running fine for a week now. (Specs can be found on the Server Specs page) Another point we want to address is the balance between both factions. As the Faction distribution graph on the Realm Statistics shows we currently have a slight overlap on horde side. To help keep the balance and ultimately a better experience for everyone, we added a balance indicator in the Account Management section. |  |

| As promised by The Great Plan, the next wing of Icecrown Citadel is released, along with a set of other updates and a core update. Rotface, Festergut and Professor Putricide are accepting challengers and challenges, for few days by now. Feel welcome to pay them a visit, and well, as usual, wish you good luck and more importantly, have fun with that. At the same time, please be aware that this - quite large - core update certainly fixed a lot of issues, but also brings up new. Feel free to report them in the appropriate section, and well, not panic. |  |
Season 8 and Icecrown Citadel

| Icecrown Citadel opened the first of its levels to would be epic and legendary item farmers on 26th September! Arena Season 8 began on 28th September! In these two days since it's beginning: - one hundred and sixty five 2v2 arena teams have been created; - ten 3v3 teams have started the struggle to reach their shoulders; - 5v5 is open to challengers - we look forward to some groups of friends getting together to make this bracket more interesting. A new and improved Brewfest is also underway, complete with pink elekks, lots of dwarves, and ram-whipping... Enjoy the beer, but don't drink and drive! |  |
