My account application was denied, why did this happen?
There can be several reasons for that, for example:
- Since this is an international server we'd like our members to have at least some basic English skills.
- The answers you gave didn't create the impression that you would fit into this community.
- Your application most likely was a scam, since you already have access to other accounts.

Please do not send more applications, since they will most likely end with the same result. There are plenty of other private servers to play on.

My version of the game is higher then the version of the server, how can I downgrade?
Browse to your World of Warcraft installation directory.
Simple delete your WoW.exe and Data/Patch*.mpq and run Repair.exe.
It will revert to an older version, so you can patch it up again to the correct version.

Where do I get game client and/or needed patches?
Login to your website account and go to Account -> WotLK Client Download page.

What does the Lock to IP feature do in Manage Accounts?
When you enable it, you will be able to login to your ingame account only from the current IP address. Do not use this function if you have a dynamic IP.

What commands can I use on this server?
You can use .start to teleport to your starting area when you get stuck.
Use .commands to get a list of some extra commands available for you.

I have an account at another server, can I transfer it here?
Transfers like that are not possible on our server, due to every server having it's own settings.
If you don't want to level again you can always consider a donation.

I cant login to my website account. I am sure I use correct account name and password. What to do?
Not long ago login system was changed to e-mail + password combination. In order to login to website you need to enter e-mail on which your account is registered and password.

When I create an ingame account it gets the name automatically. I dont like that name, how can I change it?
You cant change ingame account name.

Will there ever be a complete character wipe on your main realm?
No, probably not. ;)
