Terms of restoring a character
» A functional Alphawow web account is required to have a character restored.
» Restoring a previously deleted character is not always possible because of ongoing databases changes caused by server updates.
» Characters which were deleted by the staff due to exploiting or disobeying our rules will not be restored.
» We also can not guarantee that the character will be in the same condition it was on its deletion.
» You need to be the owner of the character, meaning that the webaccount the character was linked to before has to be yours.

How can i make sure my character is really restorable before i donate?
Before doing the donation write us an email () and provide us enough information about your deleted character so we can verify it is actually restorable.
» Name of the character.
» Date of deletion or last character usage if known (even a rough guess can help).
» Race, class and last known level.

What if the name of the character to be restored is currently taken?
If you are the owner of the character currently using the name you have three options:
» You can ask us to to replace the current character with the one to be restored (existing character will be fully removed, you can move your items/gold away before of course).
» You can ask us to restore the character with a different name.
» You can donate for renaming the existing character (see donation page about additional information about renaming characters).

If you are not the owner of the character currently using the name, we can only offer you to restore the character with a different name.

Important: Please add your decision about the character naming to the email template mentioned on the donation page. Also if you need a new name for a character please make sure it is available. You can do that by trying to add the name to the ingame friends list or create a temporary lvl1 character we can overwrite in the restoration process.

What if the ingame account of the character doesn't exist anymore?
If that is the case we will place the character on another one of your ingame accounts. You can move the character between your ingame accounts via the account management on the website.
